Online Examination Schedule

This serves to inform all students that all examinations across all ( online) courses will be conducted online. Please take note of the following schedule and requirements:

Examination Period:
• Online exams open on the 28th day of your final month of study.
• Exams remain accessible until the 8th day of the following month.

Access & Compliance:
•    Students must ensure they have received clearance before attempting any examination.
•    Examinations attempted without clearance will be nullified.
•    Each student is responsible for logging into Chamilo LMS during the stated period and completing their exam within the allowed timeframe, they also login to access their assignments.

Important Reminders:
•    Late submissions beyond the 8th will not be accepted.
•    Technical issues must be reported immediately to the administration.
•    Students are advised to prepare adequately and ensure stable internet connectivity before starting their exam. You should use a laptop/ Desktop for exams, phone is not responsive on the exam questions that need dragging to match.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in disciplinary action and forfeiture of examination results.
